error code 110:83165b0:4f577a3c

Hi, I just tried to load my game and received this error code. It loads directly to manage worlds. I relaunched the game 5 times like it suggested. A google search suggested i delete game exceptions in my folder which I did. I don't use mods of any kind so that's not it. 

I also tried exiting the main menu and loading my last saved game but i get the same code. I"m not sure what to do. While I've lost games in the past and just started over I was particularly attached to this one because my married sims actually got along with little effort. Lol  Any suggestions would be helpful

    I just received the same error & have tried restarting multiple times. I will be so sad if I lose this save, I have been playing the same family for like 2 years and am on my 3rd generation 😭 I just bought a few expansion packs, so wondering if that caused an issue? Let me know if you figure it out!

    i found a work around for this but i think it might be temp.... load into another household on same lot then  go to manage worlds without saving then load into ur household i had it work for me last 3 times i did it
