Yes, I did when I loaded into the empty lot. At that time MCC error support was closed which normally helps me troubleshoot. So started here first due to never having an error like this one before & having all mods updated to patch (not my CC though).
@alleeseymour Could you please remove your mods folder and delete the localthumbcache file and all lastExceptions/lastUIException files you currently have.
After that, start a backup of your save game and try this
1. Load the lot
2. Get error
3. Try load lot again.
If this doesn't work, check if a new lastException file was created and upload that either as a rar file or copy/paste the content here.
