error code after loading screen

hi, my girlfriend has a problem with the sims 4. when she plays and is supposed to travel by car, she gets an error code after the loading screen. the code is Error code 107:77dd1fbb:3615da46. she is using mods and we have tried without them with no luck. we have also deleted cache with no luck. pls help i need my gf happy again !
