I have a sim living on the 64x64 lot in chestnut ridge that can't travel anywhere. I click travel, the loading screen comes up as normal, then this error:

The game failed to load. Error Code:

107:77ddlfbb:75ac7e85. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.

Then the sim disappears from the world as if no one owned the lot where he lived. The only way I've been able to get him back is by exiting the game without saving.

Even if I play with that household without traveling, nothing I do saves (doesn't matter if I "save" or "save and exit", it still doesn't work) and even the recovery saves leave me back where I started before saving.

However, other sims in different households are able to travel. 

Having the same problem. Files have been DMed. 

I cant load my game up.

I removed all mods and cc and still same error I also repaired the game and nothing.

Just had this happen to 2 different lots in different worlds.  (Gibbi Point and Windenburg).  One sim in the household is greyed out.  It does not say the lot they are at as usual.  Like they are missing.  One lot got error code 107 77dd1fbb f067140 when trying to load the household; the other one got infinite loading screen and I had to hard close the game.  No mods or CC.  Playing on EA app and Windows 11.  Never had this problem til today.  I just got For Rent 2 weeks ago, but I thought the save corruption from that was for objects and lots, not sims, and I placed only 2 residential rentals on my own, then deleted them after playing for a bit and the error happened after deleting.
