I got the error code while my sim was trying to travel to another lot. What does it mean?

Well for me, yes I have mods/cc
Error 110 is normally caused by bad cc/mods. Once you remove the file causing an issue, your lot is likely to load again. If you have the mod Better Exceptions by TwistedMexi installed and try to load the broken lot again, the mod may tell you exactly what file is causing problems.
