error in sims?

i have enchanted by nature and its giving me a last exemption called wings in the way? i don't know what to do but heres the error code 

Last Module Called: animation_element.py

Last Function Called: get_carry_back_compatibility

Error message: Exception in prepare_gen for super interaction. (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'carry_back_compatibility'), CategoryID: animation_element:1080

    Hi Eunhye321​ 

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • The complete LastException in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here or copy/paste the entire content of the file to your post

    im playing on pc and it still gives me the exemption even with no mods installed for fairies no animations either
