Error message when downloading from gallery

Does it occur on every single uploaded content or just a few ? Are you missing any pack content in the game ? Sims just lots ?

    I both downloaded Sims while being in a lot and from the world map screen. There were no issues downloading Sims.

    Most of the residential or residential rental lots had a warning of missing content. About 80 percent of the time. Both from the lot and the world map screen.

    The other non-residential lots did not have a warning. 

    I do not find any missing content. And I am not missing any packs.
