Espresso Machine has no update option

No option shows up to upgrade the espresso machine from Get to Work expansion pack.

I've tried "reset object (debug)" and also deleting/buying again from BB mode; neither does anything. Both the grinder and the espresso machine are in the household on kitchen counters.

There should be an option to update the machine to make the "Perfect Pre-Work Shot" but this option does not pop up. You can see in the screenshot that no option to upgrade pops up, yet when my sim goes to make a drink, this option is greyed out because they have not updated the machine...but there is no option to upgrade the machine!

You can see an option to upgrade the dishwasher just below it, so this is only showing on this machine.

I do not use any CC or mods.
