Event rewards
The latest. Sims four event is severely broken. You complete the quest and you don’t get the reward and objects are always missing. When you reload the game so it is impossible to complete the actual task please fix this.

What exactly are you missing ? Can you not claim your items ? Where are objects missing from ?
