Exception: "unique_object_service failed to handle..."

Were you ever able to solve it? I’m getting the exact same exception alert. However I use mods and cc which are all up to date, so you who doesn’t use mods or cc getting it too is so weird. I’m thinking it might be an issue on EAs end.
