Issues since the big update

Is anyone else having issues they never had before the big update? 

I cannot adopt pets now, I go through the process and when it comes to adopting the pet the sim pick the pet up and just stands there for hours....literally just stands there. 

The only way I can add pets now is via cheats but then even after the pet is added to the family the tag above the pet says its up for adoption. 

Before the update I had very few glitches (mainly sims stood on a table when I first load the game up for some reason) but now I'm having constant jumping and glitching. Jumping in bed, floating across the floor instead of walking and I've lost count of how many T poses I've had in the 6 hours I've played since the update. 

Please EA, fix the adopting and have a look into why there's so many glitches.

    My sims keep stopping what I set them to do, they do everything else than things I want. They keep freezing and feel out of control. For example: for three sim days I've tried to make one play piano or guitar for aspiration, no. The sims either stand still doing nothing and/or stop doing what I tell 'em to do to do things I don't want them to do. Every thing they do comes after half day thinking period and then they just stop doing it. Doesn't make me feel like I want to play now.. 

     

    I have done all but re-installing the game (which I did last week vecause I tried to get a world working, nothing fixed that). Repair, deleted cache, resetted objects etc. And my game is vanilla, no mods or cc afaik.

    yes ever since the update my sims keep freezing, doing the same task for a while and when i try to reset them they just won’t do any task unless i go into build mode to unfreeze them and I still can’t access gallery without my game crashing

    I only use one mod which is **bleep**. I'm having issues with my get to work pack too. I can't treat patients or arrest people. There's definitely a lot more things going wrong since the update

    I've noticed that too, I tried to get my sim to cook but she just froze. It's happened a few times. 

    I'm having issues with get to work too. I can't treat patients and I can't arrest. I haven't tried to science career yet. 

    It seems like loads of people are having the same issues since the update, I don't want to uninstall and reinstall 😂
