Nathipha If you can load and play the household, a double load isn't necessary; that's only for when you try to load and get kicked back to Manage Worlds. (In that case, the "double" part is reloading the same household from Manage Worlds right away, which helps some of the time.) I understand not wanting the errors to pile up, but it is useful to know whether this is a one- or two-time occurrence or the error keeps showing up indefinitely.
Please also let me know whether it helps to get the error once or twice, "save as," exit, and reload.

I just installed the latest update. If I load the save through the main menu (which loads the map) and load into the household, then the "lastException.txt" file is created. If I now exit back to the main menu without saving and do the same thing again (without closing the game), then the error file is updated with a new error report (same message is added to the file but with the new timestamp, it doesn't create a second file).
If I load the household, "save as", exit to the main menu and load the new save, then the same thing happens.
The error seems to show up indefinitely: Every time I load into that household (I loaded it 3 times in a row and the error file then contained the same error 3 times, with different time stamps). It doesn't seem to matter if I exit the game, exit to the main menu or only exit to "manage worlds".
