Expansion packs transfer to PC?

Okay so I have sims 4 on my xbox, and I recently re-bought it for PC, but I have expansions on xbox and I want to know of if I could somehow use those for PC too, and if so how do I do that, I use origin to play sims soo yeah I need to help
