Eye Swatch Broken

Without any mods, there is an eye swatch that is appearing incorrectly in create a sim. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it is still there. The eye has gold and yellow surrounding dark pupils. I think it may be reward event eyes that I earned that are not appearing correctly with my account. These eyes also do not belong to any occult that I know of. 

Update: the eye swatch came with a new pack and I didn’t realize.
