Sul Sul,
I have an easy fix! Though it does require the CAS.fulleditmode cheat and I am a PC player. I also have CC/mods on, and it still worked.
For those not familiar with cheats:
- Enable cheat mode – Bring up the game’s dialogue box by pressing ctrl + shift + c. Type testingcheats true into the box, then hit enter on your keyboard.
- Turn on Full Edit mode – Into the same dialogue box, type cas.fulleditmode.
- For me, this had to be done outside of CAS, either in the worlds screen or play screen, but not in CAS.
- Select a Sim – Go into CAS mode, click a mirror and select "Change Sim", edit from manage world screen, etc.
- Once in CAS - Click the occult selection menu connected to your Sim's personality traits. Change the occult or remove it all together.
- Go to the Eyelash option - remove eyelashes in human form from every outfit.
- Select Occult Menu Again - select werewolf occult.
- We want lashes - unlink your sim's form from wolf form and add lashes to your human form again. Just make sure your forms are NOT LINKED!
Hope this works for you too! <3 Happy Simming!

Your post helped me get eyelashes off my new werewolf. Thank you!
- First, I removed the werewolf occult from my sim and left CAS, basically starting the process from the beginning.
- I reentered CAS, making sure full edit mode was on.
- I removed eyelashes on all my sim's outfits.
- Only then did I add the werewolf occult to my sim.
- I immediately unlinked the regular and werewolf forms.
- When I clicked on werewolf form, there were no eyelashes.
- Keeping the two forms unlinked, I did any editing on the werewolf I wanted and then clicked back on the sim's regular form.
- Still unlinked, I added eyelashes back to his regular form.
- Saved the household to my library (just in case) and left CAS. Made a new game save in Live mode.
- Success! My werewolf doesn't have those glitchy eyelashes, and his regular form has his basic lashes.
