Family Tree Flashing

Question

Every time I open my in game family tree, there is a white flashing, very subtle and very annoying. Also, sometimes family members load in and out. Here I attached three photos, two of which show the flashing, which usually appears for a microsecond, and the third one shows a missing sim in a family tree. I do not have any CC &amp;I play on my PC, please fix this!!

do you have this issue with this specific family tree or others as well ? Could you also test a new save to see if it happens there too ?
Do you have any other graphics issues ?
