Sorry, I misunderstood as you were talking about debug landscaping items.
Moving this to the Cheats FAQ then.
Could you maybe explain what you did in detail ? I think there's a post from Bluebellflora on how to make them show up. I personally have no issues. I can't tell if every item is there but I have a lot of them.
You'll see here how I can search the items, but then they never actually show up if I click on any of them. It's like they don't exist. This remains true whether or not I do the testingcheats + debug cheat.
