How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except the recent three kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have bb.moveobjects on and try to move multiple different items in
What happens when the bug occurs? I am able to move one object then bb.moveobjects turns off and I cant do it again unless I turn it back on
What do you expect to see? Not having to turn on bb.moveobjects for each object I moce

Please describe the patch or change you made. I removed all my mods and went through each one to see if they caused the problem and my game went back to normal for 2 hours then the problem came back
I went through all my mods and updated everything but non of them seemed to cause the issue and I thought the issue was fixed but then when I went back to playing the problem came back
