My sims 4 game is not working after the 3/23/2026 update.

My game was working before the update. I launched it after the update but when I got to resume game it just loads forever and never loads the game. I've taken all of my mods out of the sims 4 folder and it still won't work. I repaired the game as well and it still doesn't work.

cc or mods removed
corrupted save

    ichampion18​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load this household, still with your mods and cc removed, and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE.  If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
