@egingell1 Not sure if this cheat maybe only works with a mod now.
If you're not opposed to mods, could you installed the allcheats mod by twistedmexi: https://twistedmexi.com/Mods/ and check if it works with that.

@crinrict That's gonna be tough on a PS4.
@egingell1 True. It's hard to find info on which cheats still work unfortunately.
Maybe someone else knows more. Never used the cheat myself.
