[FAQ] Common Issues with Cheats

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except get famous, all game packs except strangerville, all kit packs except modern menswear, Cosy retreat and riviera bust the dust, all stuff packs except toddler pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By entering Career-Minded and Animal affection (Attraction) via cheat and realizing it doesn't work no more.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug occurs when you enter the cat and dog animal affection which is attraction cheat and it doesn't work, the next is career-minded again that one doesn't work. The older sims still have this trait, but for new Sims I cannot add Career-Minded trait for them because it is not working.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to be fixed and where we can enter the cheat freely (No testing cheats involved)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Before Lovestruck update or hot fix update, career-minded and animal affection traits were added using cheats without problems.
