Screen Freezes When Playing Any New Household

I have done everything. I have repaired the game, uninstalled it, updated the few mods I use, taken out saves, taken out mods and the issue still occurs. I only have two saves and it only affects the one save I play the most. It will let me play the same selected household but when I try to play another by going to manage worlds and selecting a household, I get stuck on the loading screen. The game will run and I will hear my sims talking, jumping into the pool, the toddlers crying but I am stuck on the loading screen. Again, this only happens with this specific world. I’ve been playing since 2016 and I have NEVER had an issue be this so unresolvable.
