When I try to build a bundle in the EA app, it gives me the same basic "we can't load this right now" screen everytime I try. EA's website does not even have it as an option. The FAQ on this topic on EA's website redirects me to Origin which is obsolete. I am finally able to build a bundle now that the sims has dropped a new stuff pack and I can't do it! I am missing just that one new stuff pack, but more than enough game packs and expansion packs.
I have now cleared my cache in the EA app and it didn't work ☹️
I don't know how to tag someone from EA on here, I've been playing the sims for years but luckily haven't had very many issues. Could a friendly simmer try to help or maybe tag someone from EA? Thank you in advance!
- @katielusk23 I'm not sure 100%, but I think the new Stuff Pack is too new for any of us to build a bundle.
Sadly, it seems the option to build your bundle was being removed. On top of EA App, it was also in the game itself. But neither in game, nor in EA App, I see this option any more. Of course, it can be because I have all the EPs, GPs and SPs, but in past, this option still appeared for me, just to tell me I can't build my bundle. So, my suspicion is they removed this option. Which is sad. Most of my packs came from this option. But EA already ignored this by not adding new packs in there anyway, so, I am not surprised if they removed it completely ☹️
It's so ridiculous that the 2022 packs are still not available to bundle. I get waiting a few weeks, or even a month or so, to motivate people to buy it outright, but over a year is wild. There are so many packs that I only bought because I wanted to create a bundle, and the lack of option just means I haven't been buying as I'm waiting out the feature becoming available... And I'm sure I'm not the only one like that!
