Can't interact with computers

Everything else works fine, but when I try to use a computer no interaction menu pops up. The issue persists after removing all my Mods/CC. I have also tried repairing, as well as uninstalling then reinstalling, the game but nothing changes. 

lastUIException.txt shows me this:
