Every time I try to customize a bundle on the EA app, it presents me with a blank screen and some text saying "We had some trouble loading this content. Try again later". I've cleared my cache multiple times, restarted the app, uninstalled the app then reinstalled but it still hasn't solved my issue. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Do you definitely have an eligible pack of each type that you haven’t purchased yet? Note that the last two year’s releases aren’t eligible yet.
