Sims 4 does not run on chromebooks. You need a Windows computer as Indy said above

It's been 9 years. Can't they make a chromebook version ? I bought my chromebook for nothing 😭

    The minimum requirements are clearly stated. Perhaps Sims mobile can run on it.
