I bought and installed Sims 4 on my Xbox and wanted to get it on my computer too, but the confirmation email was deleted so I can't even see if it gave me a code to download the game in the first place. I'm even logged into my EA account on the Xbox but there's no proof I own the game without a code. How can I download it on my computer?
@Snoeball05 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. Sims 4 content doesn't transfer between console and PC/Mac, so if you want to play on your computer, you'll need to buy the game a second time. Sorry.
