Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

@Rev_Shadow508 I have a Sim that is like that. He would go through mood swings about fear of dead end job. He would cry in bed and get anxious even when getting promoted or when changing professions. So what I finally assumed is that the sim just didn't want a typical job and that he needed to fulfill his apirations more. I chose his aspiration to be Star Wars Batuu. So he seems happier while on the planet Bantuu completing missions. That stopped his constant mood swings about fear of dead end job and those feelings that his life is going nowhere.
