Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

The only way I've found to avoid this one is to actually not participate in a career. However, making all my sims painters or writers sounds pretty boring.
All I can think is that the sims team actually feel this fear every single day and just don't' understand that it's not a normal occurrence in everybody else's life. They all just dream of quitting their job and becoming painters and writers..
I also hope that they tweak the fears settings. I can understand this happening when they actually have dead-end jobs. I wonder if this annoying fear is supposed to replicate real-life experiences. Anyway, I agree that it's super annoying.
I think it's EA pushing the idea for doing several on each Sim. I think it was in aspirations too, and somewhere else. Have 3 carriers or something at level 10. To them it makes sense, takes longer for you to "max out" 1 char, 1 family, 1 lot. For now I've refused doing that, so never got the reward. I've gotten level 10 on many sims though.
