Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

Yeah it’s absolutely insane. I redownloaded the game once I found out about some of the fun updates they had. But now I can’t keep my sims happy. Even them WITHOUT a job keeps it on. My sim who loves to paint was unhappy. I figured she might actually wanna go into tech since some of her stuff is Geek. But she’s STILL unhappy. My other sim was in her dream job, she was unhappy, and now I put her in another job she might’ve liked and now she’s constantly angry and I’m unable to fix it. It’s really making me not wanna play it anymore since there’s always bugs with every update.
I wonder why it's that bad in your case, in mine it's a small minus debuff but they are happy as heck from other things. Death in the family, or friends hits them hard, not these things. Maybe you didn't looks through the aspiration rewards you can get via aspirations done or wants done. Makes them almost self sustaining in time.
