Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

I also think its kind of annoying. It was neat at first but quickly became "Uhg, not again. Can't this just go away!"
