Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

That is almost as bad as a vampire who is afraid of darkness or a Servo who fears mortality. This feature should not have to be deactivated altogether to fix its flaws.
