I always have huge gardens, and yes - some sort of Fertilize All option would be great.
At this point, though, I'd be happy if they went back to the ability to queue up 7 "fertilize with X item" actions in a row. This bug / change that requires 1 plant and 1 fertilizer at a time is killing me!
