[FFEQ] Can't Claim Rewards/Online Connections Required

mine is having trouble with this too. It keeps telling me to go online to save my progress to claim the reward, Ive tried fixes suggested in other threads, turning the online social option on/off, r...

    I play thru Steam, but everything is working now, thank you. I just logged in, and its connecting normally.

Do you play through the EA app? Is the app showing as connected online, or are you offline there?

I've been having the same issue over the past few days. I've tried repairing the game several times, restarting the EA app (I'm on PC), signing in and out (over the past three days, several  times), restarting my computer, letting a new Sims 4 folder generate, and even modless (with the newly generated Sims 4 folder), I've got no access to the gallery or the event rewards. I'm not sure what else to do.
