fix my stuff!

MY PACKS, STUFF, KITS...have all been deactivated, i don't understand why because i didn't do it. and i don't see how to reactivate them. it's been a week now. i paid for them and i want to use them, and being that i did not cause this problem, i should not be the one fixing it! i want it fixed. this is not fair to anyone who spends their money on a game, who has played this game for years without any problems and now all of a sudden there's nothing but problems.
