This issue should now be resolved.

Instead of saving the game when you're in live mode, go to the map and save from there.
If it's reproducible, would you be willing to share your save so I can try if I can reproduce it too ?
When i try to go to the map, my game go back in the past. Can you tell me how to share my files?
No, not the past. The map where you pick the house you want to play.
To share your save, zip the following folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves
Then upload that to a file sharing site like dropbox, mediafire or google drive and the PM me the download link.
Things are ok since the last update. I save many time without having the error message. Thanks for your support. 🙂

Are you using custom club icons ?
The issue to me looks like the game can't create a new club. Once you have less than 10, the game tries to create a new one and fails for some reason and after that you can't save anymore.
If you manually create a new club. The club that's being deleted is the guild of gamers but you can't add any Sim to that club as the leader seems to have already died in the save you uploaded.
Removing the mod doesn't seem to fix the issue as I don't have it and still get the error.
I have a llama icon on your custom made club hence I think you use the mod. Confirmation would be good though

Note that error 533 can happen for a multitude of reasons, and so our fix will be specific to this particular save file/situation. I do use custom club icons, and a Gender Filters for Clubs mod.
That there's an issue with a dead club leader explains the timing. Where I am in the game is right where the first generation of sims starts dying out.
Okay...
- Removed the club mods. (Tried to save without them, didn't help.)
- Went back to a slightly prior save where I'd only been getting a 533 error intermittently. The gamer club did indeed have only one(deceased) member.
- Created a new club, which removed the gamer club. Played a bit.
- Disbanded my new club. The gamer club reappeared with one living and one dead member. (Presumably they're playing Ouija.)
- Have now run the game past the point where I couldn't save before. It still saves. So maybe I've gotten around whatever hurdle was causing the 533.

Also you could be getting the issue back next time a club dies out ..
Just FYI, had another 533 problem when the last member of another club died. I think I've worked around it. Only 9 clubs existing right now, but I can save.

I could create one manually, but it didn't do much good. I'd saved - apparently - an instant before the last sim died and left the club empty of members, with my sims sleeping and running at 3X speed.
To get around it I had to load a different family (so I could start it paused) then used Manage Worlds to delete the last sim in that club before he could die.
That club hasn't regenerated yet. So I'm playing with 9 instead of the usual 10. But I can still save.
Well, hopefully the Maxis guys can figure out what is wrong and fix soon :D
Not allowing dead sims into clubs would be a good start. I ran into 533 with the fishing club being lead by a ghost and managed to work around it by creating enough of my own clubs to force out the default clubs. When I got rid of my clubs and the game started reconstituting the default clubs, it populated half of them with ghosts. So... 533 again.
Is there some way to purge ghosts? It's creepy enough getting "Congratulations on your promotion!" calls from dead people, but when the local civic organizations are hangouts for the undead it's gone too far.
I don't have any ghosts in my clubs unless I invited them in. The game doesn't really add any club members so that might be one of your mods. When they die, they get removed. I was under the impression that's what happens in your game. They die, then they get removed and then the game can't create a new club at which point it fails,
MC Command Center has an option to delete the ghosts. Other than that, no.
Added MC Command Center so I could play ghost-free. So far I've gone through three sim days with my own club being the only one in existence. The game hasn't tried to reconstitute any of the others. Not sure why it stopped, unless there aren't any with the prerequisites now that the ghosts are gone.
I'm not sure what mod would affect who is or isn't eligible to join a club. Most of my mods are of the 'stop doing that' variety... sims have horrible impulse control.
