Since the new patch ( 18th september 2024) i can order food - the waiter comes as if to place the food but the food does not actually get placed. all mods and CC have been removed yet the issue ...

Regular stuff, restaurants have always been bugged, they usually work but sometimes they dont. I have no idea what triggers this ;p I used to have that issue but now its gone ;p
