For Rent - Can't access shared space

Hello,

I have a residential rental property, and I'm unable to access the shared space, which is right in front of my Sim.
There are no obstacles, so I don't understand what the issue could be.

For example, in the screenshot below, my Sim cannot sit on the bench right in front of her.
What can I adjust or check to make this work?

Edit : I don't use mod or CC. It is a vanilla save.

The problem with the bench is probably it is below that protruding window. And I can't tell if the foundation/platform is one or two clicks high. If it is higher than one, you might have to add a single step stair there. If you are having issues with the door, the light above might need to be raised a bit too. And the trash right in front of the sim might be blocking the route even though one might think a sim could step over it. Mostly, this is guesswork going off what I see in your pic.

Thank you for your help !

My problem was the trash prop on the ground !
I had moved the bench and a lot of things, but not the trash.
I would never have guessed my Sim would be blocked by a newspaper on the ground ^^'.

Thank you so much, I was stuck with this rental residence since yesterday. ❤️

Yeah, those debug items can do some odd things. Some have no footprint, and you can walk right through/over them and others do have a footprint, and you get a route fail with them. That newspaper appears it's one of the latter since it was blocking the route.
