For Rent - Lease Duration & Low Rent

My For Rent has been working fine for ages, but in the last week I have 2 issues:

1 - property leases are not changing they are staying at the Max so I’m never getting to Justly evict. 

2 - one of my properties had a lease break, and when re-filling the max rent is £5. Previously it was £700. I’ve unjustly evicted, and it’s still the same. I went to the lot added an item, it released it and put rent back to £700. But then within minutes same thing, back to £5. 

I’ve repaired it. But no joy. Any advice welcome.
