For Rent BASE Lot Trait 'DEFAULT'

IMO the LOT overall should have a BASE set of traits. I'm not sure why each individual unit can have its own possibility of having a Natural Well & Geothermics etc. IMO it could be more like STORIE...

The pools in the shared spaces on different levels.  What traits does it use for those?

My understanding is that the shared space will reflect the lot traits/challenges of whichever unit is currently active.
