For rent bug cant rent out different parts of my build

I recently bought for rent but the biggest parts of the expansion pack it broken. 

The world wont load, just a white screen except the buttons on the top right hand corner still work. 

Is this just my computer or are others finding this? plus how did you fix it.

Also when I'm trying to rent out different parts of my build i cant. the menu: that lets you pick which part of you build goes with which 'house', freezes and you cant click on anything.(e.g move the room raise the floor, rotate the room, etc).

Again is anyone else finding this and is there a way to fix it?

Another thing is when looking at debug somethings don't show up in the catalouge.
