Just got back into playing TS4 and I have a sim in the writer career and doing the author track. I've written about 4 books and whenever I try to go publish them with the mailbox I am unable to sell the books (grayed out). Any suggestions?

No longer having the issue after moving to a new apartment lot. It’s possible I may have clicked the wrong mailbox out of the 4 (San MyShuno apartment lot).
