For Rent bug

I'm not sure if this is an ongoing issue for others, but I've been playing a bit more of the For Rent gameplay, and I've noticed that when I complete a task (for example, "pipes" burst, and my sim has to go fix those plumbing fixtures; or if the pool gets algae in it, and my sim has to go clean the pool), the task gets completed, but I get a notification that it wasn't done, so the unit rating has gone down. Additionally, when I evict a tenant for a legitimate reason (failure to pay a fine, in the grace period, etc), I still get the "unjust eviction" notification and get fined for it.

What's going on here? Is it safe to assume this is a bug that needs fixing?
