For Rent Livestream No Captions - Not Accessible

The For Rent Livestream was not accessible to those with hearing disabilities because it had no captioning on Twitch or on Youtube. Clicking the gear icon on Twitch also did not have the option to select captioning either. The CC button was greyed out and not clickable on Youtube.

Myself and several other people in the Twitch chat were noticeably asking for captions to be turned on without success or acknowledgement by anyone on The Sims team while other questions were being acknowledge and answered. I eventually had to give-up and exit the stream because I was unable to understand anything being said because of my disability. Obviously that's not right and should not be acceptable.

I have written to you @EA_Cade  successfully before when another stream was not accessible to hearing disabilities and you were very receptive to my post. So, I thought you were the person to write to now. If there is someone else you’d rather me direct this communication to, please forward it or give me his or her email. Or do you have a disability department for accessibility? I don’t want to take up your time if you are not the person that this should be addressed to.

Disabilities are so hard in an of themselves and an experience such as this is totally defeating and exhausting. We want to be able to attend the livestream and participate live and at the same time everyone else is.
