For Rent Simply Was Not Ready - Accountability?

Game is completely useless. 

Can't load up the new world, can't even change a lot to Residential Rental.

Been over a week and still not played the For Rent game. 

Any other industry and someone would be sacked for not being able to deliver - is this what we are to expect? No accountability, no quick resolution. 

At this point I just want a refund. I've spent enough money on this game over the years and I'm done.

    Are you playing a vanilla game or a modded game?

    Whilst it is unfortunately buggy, the new world should load and you should be able to change lot type. At least, in a vanilla game or a modded game where all mods are up to date and compatible with the pack and current patch level.
