daily rent is a total 900 from tenants and after a week I only got the 900. Then, I justly evicted after they didn’t pay a fine and got fined. Then there was a trash overload that I had to clean/pay to get cleaned when it’s in the lease agreement that they are fined for trash overloads but no option fine them.
