Freelance Sim, unable to write Motivational Books

My Freelance Writer is currently at level 7 for her writing skill. She is able to write every type of book, except Motivational. I was able to write this kind of book once, and now it is just not there. How do I fix this bug?

    You have to be in the correct mood to write that book.  I think it is confident.
