From PS4 to PS5: TS4 Gallery not Showing my Sims I Worked Hard on :(

Hello please if someone would help me that would be great. I recently got a PS5 after my PS4 broke and I installed all my games again (I have a digital console). Basically… because my PSN account does not have PlayStation Plus, I was not able to backup my saved game data from TS4 back when I was playing TS4 on my PS4. So I’m guessing I’ve lost all my Sims that I created… it just sucks because I made myself and don’t think I can do it as good as how I done it way back when. Starting over kinda sucks. But if that’s the way it has to be just let me know because I’m bummed out from this now.
