My sim has maxed out the romance and friendship bar with a townie and when i tried to get them to move in the option never showed. I ended up just cheating that but now im ready for them to move onto the next step with proposal but no matter how long i go at it getting both to very flirty i cant get the option to propose.

Which menu did you check ? It's under relationships.

I do use the mc mod. I checked under all menus just in case but still couldnt find it.
All issues in the bug forum must be tested on a vanilla game.
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
