fun panel bug issue

my fun panel bar is completely grey for my infants; has been for a few days now. I never had this problem before and I recently just bought the Growing Together pack. is anyone else having this problem? also removed all of my cc + script mods from my sims 4 folder and reinstalled the app like the tech instructed but still no use
